This page provides notice to the public of Director decisions, from 2006 to the present, on requests under Patent Rule 90.3 (or prior Patent Rule 1.304). Rule 90.3 permits persons who are contemplating seeking review in either the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, or in a federal district court, under 35 U.S.C. §§ 141, 145 or 146, respectively, to request an extension of the 63-day period provided by Rule 90.3.
